It seemed a long time ago that Jim Moore had suggested the Mag would like to do an artical on the bike. It was  a very hot sunny July day at Mallory Park that he first saw the first of our projects and a far cry from the cold December morning that we started to wheel the two GS1000s out of the garage.

The VMCC FESTIVAL OF 1000 BIKES 2010

YES WE WERE THERE!

Our first outing and what a day!  The 4:00 am start didn't frighten us! Loading up the van with our precious cargo the promise of a hot sunny day only fuelled our enthusiasm. Today our bike was going to do the job it had been built for......to be ridden FAST on a Race Track!

The VMCC annual bash at Mallory Park had record crowds and with its popular track sessions it gave us the chance for John to actually see what this bike had in it.!
